marketing, web ux + CRO, content
site and blog ux + lead gen overhaul
challenge
The ReviewTrackers website and blog were not reaching their full lead/qualified pipeline potential. We had big revenue goals to hit. During my management of content, inbound and demand gen programs at ReviewTrackers, I managed a large-scale website/blog refresh project which included site and blog functionality redesign as well as optimization and other improvements.
solution
I worked with stakeholders to analyze and conduct deep data analysis and content audits to identify old and lagging content for SEO optimization or removal. I liaised with stakeholders and executive leadership to prioritize and build out project frameworks. Managed content team and collaborated with web, design and product marketing teams to concept, develop and launch major updates to site UX, add lead gen opportunities - along with automated nurture programs leveraging email, social and sales tools (like Outreach and social) to increase lead velocity and pipeline.
result
Post launch, ReviewTrackers saw a notable increase in traffic, leads and qualified pipeline. During my management of content, demand gen and other inbound nurture programs, the company realized a 320% increase in inbound pipeline compared to the previous timeframe.

Since organic marketing channels, content strategy and brand visibility are essential to building trustworthy relationships with a brand's audience (and they can often yield lower customer acquisition cost and higher lifetime customer value than paid channels, I knew we had to optimize our content better for lead gen.
I leveraged deep data analysis to lead and manage the blog home page redesign project (above). I pulled user experience data as well as user search data to help us understand the nuances of our audience and design a solution accordingly. We realized people were confusing us with Google and thinking they could leave reviews for businesses, so we made sure to include clarity in our design. We also realized that people often searched for content by industry, and topic - it became a tentpole of the design. I also directed the team to work solutions into the design in order for us to tie stronger connections to the product, creating stronger comprehension, interest, relationships, lead gen and qualified pipeline.additional details

When it came to individual blog post pages (above) I led the team in building out a robust library of customer success stories
centered around product use data and integrated those into blog posts through callout boxes. I also worked with the design and web teams to create sticky margin CTAs that could be dynamically customized based on the content topic, industry, or even step in the content journey.
